Christina Q. Lloyd is a Certified Social Worker who works with both adults and adolescents to address a wide range of mental health concerns. She has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Christina is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals process and heal from difficult past experiences so they can move forward with greater clarity and peace.
Christina is passionate about helping people discover hope, build resilience, and develop practical tools to improve their daily lives and relationships. She strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful change.
Originally from West Jordan, Utah, Christina became interested in the field of therapy after experiencing the benefits of counseling herself at age 19. That experience inspired her desire to help others find healing and growth.
Outside of the therapy room, Christina loves anything related to music, especially singing and jamming out during car rides. She also enjoys quoting movies and spending time with her niece and nephew.
